Seems like just a week ago I was thinking about how great 2010 would be, and now I’m doing the same for 2011. I always enter a new year with renewed optimism. Maybe everything didn’t go as planned the preceding year but with a new year there are reasons to be optimistic.
It’s time to start fresh and with a renewed level of energy and enthusiasm, , , so look forward to the opportunities you have and don’t allow yourself (or your team) to dwell on the negatives.
Positive energy creates an invisible force that actually helps you accomplish things and to make things happen. Don’t know that I can explain it, but I’ve seen it time and time again where someone’s positive energy overcame significant obstacles and helped lead that person to success.
When things are tough, that’s when you have to try to be even more positive and optimistic. Let’s face it, , , we don’t have the highs without some lows in our careers and lives. But guess what, the things you will remember the most vivid and the longest are the good times, not the bad times.
If things are great, , , be thankful.
If things are tough, , , hang on and be cognizant of the fact that “it will get better” if you keep pushing forward.
We hope you ended up 2010 with a BANG and that 2011 will turn out to be one of your best years yet.
